Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and retain the existing client base.
- Educate customers about our products and expand business through deepening and cross-selling.
- Resolve ongoing business and invoice queries or complaints for customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers by supporting them and acting as their advocate.
- Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, Collections, Billing, and Operations.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- MBA or relevant Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
