Job Description
UST Global is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with a minimum of 10+ years of IT service management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership position within the BFSI sector. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise in desktop operations, MECM, virtualization technologies (VDI, Citrix DaaS), and application packaging. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with BFSI regulations, managing AI-driven IT support solutions, and enhancing digital user experiences. Candidates should be familiar with modern workspace technologies and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Hyderabad, with 1 opening available.
