What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English – exceptional verbal, written, and reading skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BCom preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in a US-based healthcare call center
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence and professionalism of a Client Engagement Manager
