Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging with interested customers.
Compensation: QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings & Retention Bonuses.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements: Good English skills, laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, stable internet (15 Mbps).
