Job Description
Teach The World Foundation (TTWF) is seeking an Area People & Culture Associate in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will coordinate outreach activities, manage the onboarding process for new associates, and assist in conducting training sessions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing payroll details and tracking attendance for all field employees.
Support Cluster Officers and Area Managers by updating performance metrics, conducting exit interviews, and mentoring.
