Job Description
Join Nestlé Pakistan at our Kabirwala Factory as a Manufacturing Excellence Manager. In this full-time role, you will lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and track key performance metrics. Your responsibilities include coordinating cost-saving efforts, managing capacity simulations, and implementing new problem-solving teams in collaboration with department heads.
To succeed, you should have a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical) and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple teams are essential.
