Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in UK-based campaigns
Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00
Additional benefits include free medical insurance and the option to work from home after probation.
