Job Description
ASK Development, a leading Telecom Company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our Technical Support Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Phone line installation and troubleshooting
- Internet cable installation and troubleshooting
- TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year Diploma)
- Salary: Rs 37,00.00 per month
- Bike mandatory for travel
