Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Outbound Calling Agent to join our dynamic team at Ambition. In this role, you will handle outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Upsell and promote additional products.
- Achieve performance targets in call handling.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; customer service experience preferred; excellent communication skills.

Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
