Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team for the night shift. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and assist with troubleshooting, billing, and technical support.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer calls regarding internet, cable, and phone services, resolving billing inquiries and service-related concerns, and maintaining a professional attitude while exceeding performance metrics. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various customer needs.
