Job Description
Conatural is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Executive to join our team in Lahore. This full-time position involves supporting the onboarding process for new employees, addressing employee inquiries, and fostering a positive work environment. You will maintain job descriptions, assist in resolving employee grievances, and support performance goal setting.
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating training sessions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will assist in organizing company events and conducting employee satisfaction surveys to enhance engagement.
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Experience: 2 years in HR Operations (Required)
