Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation: Your earnings are based on QA-approved transfers and retention bonuses depending on your working hours.
Shift Timing: Night Shift: 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (includes breaks).
Requirements: Proficient English speaking and listening skills, a laptop with Windows 10, good quality headset, and high-speed internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Strong computer proficiency, active listening, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to achieving goals.
