Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Agent to join The First Law. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers by assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Document interactions using CRM software and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
