Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for efficient office operations through administrative support, correspondence management, and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including mailing and copying.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Prepare official documents using MS Word.
- Coordinate office activities and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Proficient in MS Word and Office applications.
