Job Description
The Company:
Zarea.pk is Pakistan’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketplace for physical commodities. We are expanding into the Middle East market.
Responsibilities:
- Establish client retention goals
- Promote product value
- Resolve customer complaints
- Supervise the CSR team
- Identify upsell opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs200,00/month, including company lunch.
