Job Description
RILLS School (Model Town Campus) is seeking a dedicated O Levels Academic Coordinator to develop and implement academic policies and curriculum guidelines. This role involves supervising and supporting teachers to enhance teaching methodologies and student engagement.
You will monitor student performance, organize teacher training sessions, and collaborate with school leadership to ensure compliance with international O-Level standards. Additionally, you will engage with parents, manage examinations, and introduce innovative teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes.
