KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cold/warm calling prospective clients to build strong business relationships.
- Executing outbound calls and customized emails daily using sales enablement tools.
- Booking face-to-face client meetings with key decision-makers.
- Organizing and prioritizing sales leads while understanding market needs.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly sales and recruiting metrics.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and PC skills.
- Proven ability in sourcing and relationship building.
- Knowledge of work laws and recruitment experience.
