Job Description
We are seeking an HR Intern to assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. This position offers hands-on experience in human resources while supporting our HR team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and assist with documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
