Job Description
Homemade Cuisine, a gluten-free foods company, is seeking a part-time Quality Assurance (QA) Associate with expertise in FSSC 2200. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing a compliant Food Safety Management System.
- Creating documentation, checklists, and procedures.
- Conducting HACCP assessments.
- Monitoring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Executing internal audits and reporting results.
- Writing product and raw material specifications.
Qualifications: prior food industry experience and proficiency in written English. Work hours: 5 hours/day, Monday to Friday, in Chung on Multan Road, Lahore. Salary: Rs25,00.00/month.
