Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated Patient Support Specialist. In this full-time role, you will assist patients via phone, email, and chat for their appointment scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide top-notch customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Verify insurance information.
- Educate patients on appointment procedures.
- Ensure patient confidentiality compliance.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
