Job Description
The Value Engineering is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with expertise in hiring engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bulk hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for civil engineering roles.
- Manage bulk hiring initiatives and job fairs.
- Source candidates through various channels.
Requirements: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
