Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd (The Lakson Group of Companies) is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with the concerned department for follow-up
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Completing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month
