Job Description
KAAB International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven customer support experience or a background as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
The position requires strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and familiarity with CRM systems. We value customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
