Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will transfer their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT):
- 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- High-quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Pay: Commission-based, Rs 5,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
