Job Description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team at dinCloud Pakistan. In this role, you will provide IT support to internal employees, both remotely and at our local office. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining IT systems. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer timely technical support via phone or email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage accounts in Active Directory.
- Ensure proper system updates and virus protection.
- Document and refine IT processes as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 3-5 years of IT support experience.
