Job Description

FitMatch Consulting Group is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants for Shopify Store Management and Client Support for our UK-based customers via chats and emails.

This position requires proficiency in English and involves various tasks such as cost calculating, budgeting, and creating spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other online e-commerce platforms.
  • Past email customer service experience (call center not valid).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Johar Town Lahore, with a rotation of Monday through Saturday or Sunday.

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month. This is a full-time, in-person position.
