Job Description
Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to ensure our guests receive exceptional service during their stay. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting VIPs, preparing welcome folders, promoting hotel services, anticipating guest needs, logging feedback, and ensuring health and safety standards.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication skills.
