Job Description
We are Crossnotch Firm, currently searching for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 600-800 incoming calls daily, primarily to qualify and engage interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings:
- 7:30pm – 5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version 10
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Commissions plus retention bonuses, with a monthly pay range of Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00.
