Job Description
Sybrid Lahore is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with relevant departments
- Generating business leads
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Salary: PKR 30,00 – 35,00/month. Full-time position with benefits.
Requirements
