Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the dev team.
- Provide technical guidance in Python, MERN, and AI.
- Ensure timely delivery and address project concerns proactively.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Client Management experience required.
- Technical expertise in Python, MERN, and AI.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with the 4 PM – 1 AM schedule.
