Job Description
Call Cafe is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as International Inbound Customer Service Representatives. In this vital role, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, providing exceptional service.
- Offer informed responses regarding our products, pricing, and availability.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Conduct data entry tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Must be available for night shifts.
This is a full-time position offering evening and night shifts, with a salary range of Rs45,00 to Rs65,00 per month.
