Job Description
MindStorm Communications is in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards. The ideal applicant will possess 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience in sectors outside of call centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess processes to guarantee alignment with company quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Review calls and provide constructive feedback for performance enhancement.
- Document and maintain comprehensive quality reports.
- Collaborate with teams on quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience (excluding call centers).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
