- Conduct weekly advance reconciliations.
- Record accounts payable and receivable in accordance with ACT’s policies.
- Participate in audit processes.
- Ensure accuracy of journal entries related to expenses.
- Assist in procurement activities.
- Coordinate monthly project closings.
- Authorize daily vouchers and payments.
- Support donor reporting efforts.
- Maintain financial vouchers accurately.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
