Job Description
Excellence Valley is currently looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team in Garden Town, located near Barket Market. In this vital role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, providing accurate information about our products and services, fostering a positive atmosphere, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position with night shift hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs145,00.00 per month, based on your experience.
