Job Description
Comtanix, a dynamic and rapidly expanding BPO located in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to engage effectively with customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to connect with customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales activities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluency in English are essential.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM.
