Job Description
BPO Partners (Pvt) Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents, specializing in service for Urdu and Punjabi-speaking customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries and complaints, and educating customers about our product offerings.
The ideal candidate should possess fluent spoken and written skills in Urdu, coupled with strong communication abilities and a personable attitude. A Matric-Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, along with relevant experience in customer service, is preferred to excel in this position.
