Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic in-house operations team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service directly.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and ensure the highest level of service quality.
Requirements: Fluent in English, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. Strong organizational skills are required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
