Job Description
Link HR Consultants is looking for a meticulous Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, and accounting for property transactions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of rental income and expenses, assisting with budget preparation, tracking financial variances, and conducting financial modeling for real estate initiatives. Additionally, this role will involve supporting audits, performing financial due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
