Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer complaints and technical inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to respond to queries from our website and social media.
- Create and manage new service tickets effectively.
- Assist customers with billing-related questions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate handling of all customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in the US market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ZOHO CRM is an advantage.
- High energy level and a strong desire to learn.
Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad. Schedule: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM. Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 50,00 monthly.
