Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is in search of a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, cultivating lasting relationships with clients, and effectively resolving complaints. Additionally, you will maintain customer records and adhere to company policies.
Required qualifications include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and demonstrable experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, and prior experience in the Visa Industry will be considered advantageous.
This is a full-time position offering a salary range of Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, with on-site work expected.
