Job Description
Prima Systems is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients through phone calls, emails, and chat to effectively manage their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with appointment management.
