Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
ABS International is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing onboarding procedures, maintaining employee records, and administering benefits to support our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Assist with training programs and HR documentation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Location: In person
Requirements
