Job Description
Paragon Exchange Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, provide outstanding customer service, and meet financial objectives. Key responsibilities include implementing strategic business initiatives, overseeing daily operations, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualified candidates should have at least one year of experience in business development or a supervisory role, along with strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
