Job Description
Location: Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry with a focus on recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attracting and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Overseeing the entire hiring process from onboarding to placement.
- Collaborating with departmental leaders to identify hiring needs.
