Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is looking for a driven and customer-focused Call Center Representative to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and promote our range of services. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle calls from customers.
- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Promote our services proactively.
- Maintain precise records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Availability to work night shifts in Faisal Town, Lahore.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
