Job Description
Value Green View is looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures while managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing payroll, benefits, and training programs. This part-time role offers a competitive salary between Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, requiring 25 to 30 hours per week. The position is remote, with opportunities for collaboration with our team in DHA Lahore, Pakistan.
