Job Description
AMG Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Trainer to enhance our Medicare and ACA Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training call center agents on essential product knowledge, established policies, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing comprehensive training on Medicare and ACA.
- Developing and updating training materials to ensure relevance and efficacy.
- Monitoring agent performance and offering constructive feedback.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and service standards.
Candidates should possess a strong background in Medicare and ACA, prior training experience, and exceptional communication skills.
