Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to join our esteemed telecom company. This full-time position entails:
- Responding to customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently addressing customer queries and complaints.
- Accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Managing and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, commensurate with performance.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative experience preferred).
Location: Lahore (in-person only).
