Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a qualified Electrical Team Lead to supervise maintenance activities related to electrical and instrumentation equipment. This position is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.
Key responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, implementing master schedules, defining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for calibration and safety, and managing critical spare parts programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, uphold AIB standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives among technicians.
Qualifications include a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, along with relevant experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, strong computer skills, and proficiency in written communication.
