Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, with hands-on expertise in IT service management process design. A comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and the ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions is essential.
Key qualifications include web portal development skills (HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Bootstrap), and experience implementing Core Process Areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB. Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD) and scripting experience in JavaScript are preferred.
